All returns must be authorized by our Customer Service Team please email Smartvisionvrweb@gmail.com if you wish to make a return.
– Returned product must be in the original packaging and include any manuals, cabling and accessories in saleable condition. We reserve the right to limit returns to unopened or defective products. Terms and conditions of manufacturer’s warranty apply to defective video games systems and computer hardware after 30 days.
– Non faulty goods or incorrect items must be sent back within 14 days of receipt.
– Any product returned more than 30 days from the date on the delivery.
– Any product that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
– Any product not in its original condition.
– Any product that is damaged, played, or is missing parts.
– Any product that were sold as part of a bundle, unless the bundle is returned complete.
– Any product part of an offer or promotion returned to us we will charge the full price for the other items as a result.
– Digital codes, vouchers, or scratch cards either delivered online by massanger or email or shipped to customer cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for other products due to sensitive nature of these products and for security reasons.
– By purchasing a digital product order you agree that you are the end user of this product and are not authorized to sell this product to third party.
You agree that by sharing any digital product with third party, you are violating our terms of service and Smart Vision VR will not be able to provide any refunds or returns to the product.
– Smart Vision VR is not responsible for any errors, issues, bad experience or loss of balance due to customer account issue or violation of terms in the platform where the digital product shall be redeemed as long as the code was sold as valid at the date and time of delivery. After delivering your digital product, the legal responsibility is automatically transferred to the other platform offering this product.
